I have a question from Amy in our group. And she is asking, What protocol would be most effective for human females to use when using menstrual magic during the ascension process?

ATHOS

We receive sister Amy's query and we offer the following: 

You are all magicians. 

With your words and your thoughts you can create many beautiful things. Many beautiful things or the opposite of many beautiful things. Your intention behind using this biological fluid is what determines its efficacy and power. 

We perceive, on your world, that there are already bodies of information highly specific to how you may use this fluid from your being, and we invite you to consult those magicians of the feminine orientation who have created this information for you.

And when you see these bodies of information on specific practices listed on your world, we would say to trust your intuitive system on what best works for you.

But yes, your intention is what will be the determining factor and your sincerity and purposes you have for using your biological fluid.

For even the best practice will be meaningless if your intention and the purity of purpose has not been gleaned.

I have another question that someone in our group asked but I want to make space for Alex to ask any questions that are on his heart as well..

Marc, who is in our channeling circle, a few months ago wished for me to ask about obtaining permission for healing.

I think where this was coming from was that he works in a medical setting and he wants to send energy to his patients or the people that he's interacting with but I think there are some Ra sessions or maybe other Confederation messages that talked about getting permission first so that you're not violating anyone's free will and could you maybe just talk about how or if it's okay that we do send energies to people who we necessarily haven't asked their permission to send energy to?

ATHOS

We are Athos, and it is of our thought, that you may send healing energy to those that you desire to send it to.. That this is not a violation of free will, so long as you are not operating with the intent to bypass the individual's will…as long as you have not set this conscious intention that your energy should bypass their free will system, then it is not a negative action. 

For even if you should send healing energy..there are layers of the aura, of the incarnation, that will act as armor if the incarnation is not receptive. So in this respect you do not have to worry about some healing energy slipping in. If the incarnation does not desire it, then it will not penetrate.

We would offer the practice of connecting to the mind-body-spirit totality of that incarnation. 

Endeavor to connect with the highest form of awareness of that incarnation and explain to that incarnation’s higher self, what you wish to do and leave the offering, the gift of energy, with the individual's higher self.

This is most beneficial, for it gives autonomy to the highest level of the individual, to use for the veiled incarnation’s benefit at a time that is most appropriate. And the higher self will naturally know when that moment is.

Yes and thank you for that clarity and for providing that exercise and your response has triggered another question..

I've read in previous Confederation transcripts…it's come up… this idea of the armor, so to speak, around the aura. And there's a Confederation entity who is saying that Andara crystals have the ability to penetrate that armor or I can't remember exactly how it was worded, but it sounded like in using those you could just bypass that armor and perhaps facilitate greater healing.

Could you comment on that?

ATHOS
We may comment and add that in our estimation, it is not healthy to use a crystal or other tool because it will bypass the free will energy system of an incarnation.

We do not feel it is balanced [for an STO entity] to use the Andara for this purpose.

For why would you wish to bypass the free will of another incarnation?

For again, their systems will still reject and perhaps to a more intense degree if you have pushed past their defenses, essentially. 

In our estimation this borders ‘control’ to a subtle degree, although we know this is not the intent. But it is not our way.

May we provide more clarity on this?

Are you able to suggest to us a balanced way to work with the Andara crystal for purposes of healing or otherwise?

(Ashley channeling)

We are Athos and we offer the practice with a similar angle, to connecting to the individual’s Higher Self.

All things have an etheric body that is a mirror to its physical body. And we would share that the practice of forming and attuning to the Andara’s etheric body, and sending that etheric form to the incarnation as a ‘gift’...with the gift mentality…with the gift vibration… that is to say you are not controlling the process, you are simply offering.. leaving the way open for them to accept or reject.

Offer them an etheric form of the Andara and leave it with them. And occasionally bring your awareness to this etheric imprint that you attuned to..that you sent to them. And that will be enough.

If the incarnation is sensitive, their biological systems will begin to assimilate this energy, unconsciously, subconsciously, and then consciously.

We will try to use an example. 

It is akin to applying moisturizer to the skin. 

If you simply place it on the skin and do nothing..eventually due to the nature of skin, it will begin to absorb that material that was placed on top of its space.

It will take a while, but you will not have to rub.

In this same way you may offer the crystal to the individual. This is the work of the adept.

Please, I'm wondering if we want to use an Andara crystal for our own self-healing, how could we best go about doing that?

ATHOS

The practice is not so complex if it is just you. The individual may simply hold the crystal as they might hold any item for healing and set the intention to receive.

Using visualization, the tool of the adept..See this energy of the crystal moving to the areas that are most in need of it and if you are not sure, you may project to the crystalline consciousness itself, that it should flow where it is needed. 

Giving it autonomy in this way to work with you is very powerful.

I guess the last thing I'm wondering about the Andara is because of its effect in removing that armor, it sounds like we probably shouldn't just go around walking around with it in our pocket.

 Is that correct?

ATHOS

You cannot be responsible for what the Andara will do of its own accord. You can only safeguard your intentions while holding it.

We do not see the Andara crystal as having the mentality of breaking through the armor of other organisms.

This may be an aspect of it, but it is not its sole purpose and it does not think to do this of its own accord.

You may keep the crystal on your person. When it is on your person it is with you; bound to you. Others may feel a residual sensation, but it will not be to the effect of piercing the armor of their aura.

There is an aspect of intent that activates this faculty within the crystal.

So I have an Andara that I do like to keep in my pocket. It feels nice in my hand.

Some stones people carry around for calming or for energizing effects or to boost their communication or protection. And so I wondered, does an Andara have that similar type of baseline particular energetic quality that it is vibrating with when we're not using it intentionally? When we're just kind of keeping it in our pockets or on a table or something?

ATHOS

We feel that there is pre-existing knowledge of the Andara crystal’s baseline vibrations already on your world. We would advise seeking that information that has been created on your world.

Through our scanning of this crystal..of its matrix, we feel that it is a multidimensional stone..that its vibration is: fluidity through realms of thought and experience.

We perceive that its base layer would be conducive if you are one who is fond of the technique called quantum jumping. If you are an incarnation that practices throughout the day, jumping from one layer of reality and experience or timelines, then the andara’s base layer fluidity will assist you. 

It will make you more like water. This is our perception of the Andara.

You spoke about the effect of the eclipse energies on us and the detox process and I was wondering, Is this a process that the Collective is going to be going through throughout the rest of the year?

We are Athos.

And in our perception, although forgive us for we are not so tuned into your metrics of time as you experience it. 

But this is a period of many years, in your terms.

What has begun will ebb and flow. There will be moments of dormancy to this process and then it will resume with a vengeance. A good vengeance.

Yes, this is a process that spans many years, in our view.

That's clear.  Another kind of astrological phenomena I'm curious about…I was researching Saturn and Pisces.

Because that is a placement that I have, so I'm experiencing my Saturn return. And I saw that the last time Saturn was in Pisces, there was at least very extreme levels of violence between two cultural groups who I think are connected in a fashion at least genetically, but for whatever reasons had extreme hatred towards one another and this seems to be mirrored also by the conflict between Israel and Palestine and so I’m just wondering, Is this an energy…this conflict between two groups that really share a lot but see each other as so differently, is this something that gets brought to the surface by Saturn entering the sign of Pisces or is this just kind of a coincidental thing?

We are Athos and we do not think that coincidences exist, although these celestial alignments we see, are acting as vibrational instigators and agitators.

They are not the sole reason for these tumultuous happenings, however, they do exacerbate them and bring intensity to them.

A better explanation is that they draw out more of what is already brewing, so that it comes to the surface quicker.

Sometimes this is a good thing. In the same way that you would draw poison from a wound. 

You would not want it to remain hidden under the skin.

So these alignments are drawers of that poison...they bring things forward, but we would just share that they are not the direct cause.
