We are channelers of light beings aligned with the Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator! 

A new social memory complex entered our circle this session, bringing with it a deep love, tender sadness, and much compassion for our brothers and sisters of Earth. This SMC has extensive metaphysical knowledge and assisted the Atlantean empires before their corruption. 

It was a very intense experience for members of the circle to receive this energy and awareness, for their heart and the density of light and emotion was quite great.

The Channeling Circle

Greetings, dear children of Light.  We are those known to you as Yeshua. 

We beg your pardon in this contact, for the gaps and pauses..as there were disturbances with the small animal present here. 

We smile to you, and to all of humanity, for there is great change occurring there on your planet Earth. Great and exciting changes. 

So we smile. We have great joy and excitement for all of you; For what is to come and for what is on its way. There are certain openings; One might call them portals of light, creating opportunity for massive growth and healing across your world. Great opportunity indeed lies within this light. 

We put emphasis on the word ‘Light’ because sunlight, starlight, in particular, is somewhat the delivery system for this light that brings great change. 

We would advise fasting, time with the (sun) light on bare skin, meditation of course, any and all that you can do to amplify the currents of Light that are being made available to you.

You may see this light as an egg and your body is inside this egg. And you may mold yourself, grow yourself, cocoon yourself, refuel yourself, within this egg of Light..emerging much like the butterfly: anew. 

We must keep this message brief for there are several distractions occurring here in this channel's space. So we will leave you with that. Contemplate the Light and take advantage of the Light. Adonai.

We are Laitos and we are pleased to be in this circle once again. We wish to impart this short but rather important message at this moment on Earth: Embrace your gifts. 

Each and every one of you is one with the Creator and all of its Creative Energy. 

Embrace those gifts, no matter how scary the journey may seem to be. 

These gifts may not appear grandiose and may not necessarily be huge. Even the smallest act of kindness is a gift that you bestow upon yourself and that you bestow upon others. 

In these rather exciting and tumultuous times here on earth, it is quite important to show those little random acts of kindness; a gift. 

A token to each and everyone; a gift. A token to each other; For we are all One. 

We wish to close this message and encourage this vessel to embrace his gifts and we ask all to open their hearts and embrace the Light.

Everything is unfolding in exactly the way it must.

Honor each feeling and emotion, though they be bitter catalysts or sweet realizations. 

Each moment is a step into Wholeness. We speak to the unspoken queries on so many hearts. There is nothing to fear. You are doing fantastically. All is well.

Greetings brothers and sisters. We are El Ra. We greet you through this instrument, in the emerald Light and the eternal Love of the one you call, the One Infinite Creator. 

We of El-Ra are with our brothers and sisters of the labels you have called them; the social memory complexes of Ra and Quetzalcoatl. This instrument…We have been exercising this instrument. With the help of our brothers and sisters. We are attempting to bring a portion of our knowledge to the instrument. We do this with some difficulty, for this instrument is not used to such density. 

We of El Ra are of those who attempted to assist the brothers and sisters of what you know as your Atlantean empires. Much we shared with them. And much we shared in error. In innocence..

We slept. A healing sleep. With our brothers and sisters of the Atlantean empires. A portion of us awakens. 

We have seen the state of things on your world, and we must admit, we are relieved that you have not achieved such great and terrible technological feats as did your predecessors, your ancestors of the Atlantean empires, for you possess the similar mentalities and bellicosities. 

So it is good for us to see that you do not possess the same level of weaponry or ability to manipulate the creation. 

We of El Ra are pleased to see that your hearts are turning to your mother. To your Gaia. We are pleased to see the tumultuous turnings on your world, for they are making you scatter one side to the other. 

This density is for polarization, thus it is good when the catalyst is high, that you may find your vibration-tribe, that you may find your polarity and wax greater in it. Be not afraid of the chaos, for there is treasure to be found, beyond. And you are moving beyond. 

We come to assist in the future. But we may reflect on the past. We are pleased to be with you again. With our brothers and sisters of Ra and Quetzalcoatl again. We have much to share. But we do not know where to begin. And neither does this instrument. 

We see it is customary to offer oneself as a book where one may find information, though we would say, let us become your library for a moment and turn our pages. 

What would you brothers and sisters ask of us?

Questioner

Could El Ra speak to us about the relationship if any, between Christ light and the energy we call Kundalini?

El Ra

We may speak on this. 

Christ light and the Kundalini energies, in our view, share a synergy in that they are primal outpourings from what you call Intelligent Infinity, however, their frequencies of expression are different. 

We will use this word: 'solar' and 'earthen'. The expression of Christ light is more solar. Kundalini has a density to its frequency that is more earth-like. 

You might also call it lunar or feminine, while Christ light can be masculine. This is the subtle difference between the way the two express. 

Questioner

Might you say then that these energies are two sides of the same coin?

El Ra

Indeed, for, as we began, they share their commonality as outpourings from the One Infinite Creator.

Questioner

As a follow up, could you tell us how these energies relate to the concept of the Holy Spirit?

El Ra

These two labels are very broad. We see them in a way that is expansive and not restricted to the religious definition of the Holy Spirit. 

We see first that it has been ascribed a feminine quality, a divine feminine quality and that on your world, its nature is comforter and guide. 

We do not see an outspoken relationship between holy spirit, kundalini, and christ light. There are several primal outpourings that are expressions of Intelligent Infinity, that while sharing a common origin point, exist irrespective of each other and have their own purpose and use in the incarnation and the creation. 

We say that you all possess a holy spirit, you are all pure..incomparably so..and you are all spirits. Thus, the Holy Spirit is your innate spark. It is a label that can be used to describe this innate spark within all life. 

If you wish, you may use this knowledge for guidance and to comfort yourself, but we do not see an immediate connection between this term and the other two.

Questioner

Can you elucidate for us, the collective that have been described as the bird tribes?

In the writings of Ken Carey, he has channeled that the bird tribes are a collective of ascended souls who have come to earth at various times to assist. One being: White buffalo woman, another being Jesus. Quetzalcoatl is also said to be a part of this group, and I was wondering if you have any familiarity with this collective, if you might tell us about them?

El Ra

We of El Ra, feel that we are connected to all existences in mind, body, and spirit. In the eons of your existence, many have come from what you know as higher densities and as they entangle with your collective mind, they are enshrouded and clothed in a vehicle that will be most palatable and receptive to the collective psyche of the planet at that time, thus, we would never see a white buffalo or a bird-like being. We would only know them as a vibration and as striations of Light.  We do not always see what you see when we manifest in your density, for it is an amalgamation of illusory gowns and dresses, not always chosen by us. 

We are familiar with the vibration and the light of white buffalo and we can conceive of countless vibrations and striations of light that might match your expressions of avian beings in a visual sense, but this is as far as our recollection goes.

We have not worked with every individual aspect of these vibratory groups.

Questioner

Is there a lesson or a story of love that you might wish to share with us, perhaps from the time of Atlantis that is pertinent to our present space/time continuum?

El Ra

Understand, dear ones, that your collective, in our purview of your vibrations, is far more advanced in the ways of love and in the understandings of compassion and service.

Early on in Atlantean history, your brothers and sisters did possess community, did possess brotherhood, camaraderie, and mutual respect, but this did not last very long. 

Far longer did they spend time cocooning their awareness and their hearts away from each other and towards the fruits of power and advancement and control. 

They expressed a disconnect in the idea of community. 

So our story for now, our lesson, for now, would be to learn from your brothers and sisters; To do the opposite. Technological advancements are in formation on your world and will continue; You yourselves may conceive of these technologies. You will create things. You will invent great and wonderful things. 

We would only suggest, instead of keeping that which you create within, expand and share it with your brothers and sisters. Do not hide your creations. It is our hope that that which is created on your world, is shared, for if your Atlantean brothers and sisters shared their technologies, shared their advancements, the vibrations of the service to self polarity would not have increased and consumed them. 

So this is our first lesson: To share. Have a sharing heart. We could also say, act with an abundant heart, with your emotions, with your thoughts, with your material possessions, Share with your brothers and sisters. 

This is most powerful, though it is very simple.

We are El Ra and we thank this instrument for bearing with our intensity of vibrations and ensure that the harmonization process will be much smoother next time and we will limit the telepathic greetings and overt synchronicities. 

We, as our brother Ra and our brother Quetzal, have seen much in the ways of humanity's ups and downs. Many things have happened that we will not share, for the vibration of such sharing would not offer hope or love. But we will share all that we can, that is related to ‘uplifting’ and certain practices and techniques of a harmless nature that we initially shared with the infant form of what would one day become the Atlantean consciousness and the Atlantean societies. 

The first is this; We will call this technique: The Seeds of Light. 

It is a method whereby you may draw in light, in a more concentrated form, in what you call your auric field and third density bodies at the cellular level. 

This will allow you to draw in more higher density light, from 4th to 7th, to varying degrees, mind you. 

We find the closest shape we may give you is an elongated teardrop shaped dodecahedron. 

Visualize this elongated teardrop shaped dodecahedron with a crystalline consistency. 

One above the head–Correction. 

Perceive this to be, we would estimate exactly 3 feet from the center of your brows, 3 ft from the area of your solar plexus, and 3 ft from the level of your reproductive centers. 

Create these three geometrical crystals. Allow them to spin in both directions; Counter clockwise and clockwise and visualize light from all directions pouring into them and then emanating out. 

The flow is as if you are absorbing and projecting; Absorbing and projecting. 

This should extend a joyful, loving, and playful vibration. You may see things within the crystal, the echoes of the higher densities, visions of the higher densities in these crystals.

Try this my friends, it is simply a way to give yourself a boost..and we wish to support you in some way as you go through this great transformation.

Might you be able to tell us about the energetics of this full moon and a small exercise we could do to harness these energies?

El Ra

What we shared long ago with your brothers and sisters, was to go out under the light of any celestial object but in your case it would be the moon and when you have reached a calm and peaceful state in your heart and mind, breath in through the center of your skull and you may envision that you are breathing in from your skull, the energy and the essence from any planetary body that you are aligning with. 

It can be the moon or the sun, or if you are able to find it in the sky, saturn..is nice. 

The technique is of the breathing in through the center of the head, bringing it down your central column of light, where your energy centers align and allowing it to spread freely, until you have a feeling of being ‘full’.
